生产性老龄化背景下“老年精英”社会参与的实证研究——以北京市离退休老干部为例

Empirical Analysis on Social Participation of the Old Elites on the Context of Productive Aging——Take Beijing Retired Cadres For Example

老年人的社会参与是实现生产性老龄化的重要途径。本研究证实,作为"老年精英"的离退休老干部,其社会参与情况和一般老年人相比差异性较为明显。大量实证研究证实的影响老年人社会参与的因素,如受教育程度、职业声望、经济收入等,对离退休老干部的影响并不显著;而人口特征、身心状态、对社会参与的期望等,才是影响他们社会参与的主要因素。

The social participation of the elderly is an important way to achieve productive aging. As the old elites, the old cadres have different social participation from the ordinary people. The social participation influence factors such as education level, occupational prestige, economic income, have a marked impact for the general old people but not for the old cadres which confirmed by many empirical studies .The main factors which affect the social participation of the old cadres are the demographics, physical and mental state and expectancy for social participation, etc.
