养老地产发展模式研究——以福州市为例

Endowment Real Estate Development Model——Take Fuzhou for Example

随着福州市人口老龄化的快速发展,养老问题日益引起政府重视,大量的养老服务需求为福州养老地产打开了广阔的市场空间。然而,目前福州市的养老地产基本处于空白状态。提出了发展养老地产的模式选择及对策建议。期望通过以上研究,为促进养老地产发展提供新的思路及实践参考。

With the rapid aging of the population in Fuzhou, pension problems have increasingly attracted the attention of the government. A large amount of pension service demand for Fuzhou endowment real estate has opened a broad market space. However, Fuzhou pension estates are basically left blank. The paper aims to provide the selections and suggestions on the pension estate in Fuzhou. One possible solution is to set up proper modes of the pension estates. The other is to promote the implement of relevant supporting policies and the formalization of the industry standards about Fuzhou pension estates. The present paper is intended to provide a new method to promote the development of the Fuzhou city endowment real estate and the references on theory and practice.
