摘要
运用文献研究法,对近几年有关养老服务人才队伍建设的文献进行梳理总结和系统分析,发现已有研究主要是从养老服务人才类别、培养模式与机制、人才培养面临的机遇与挑战、国际经验借鉴和人才队伍建设的对策建议等方面展开研究。这些研究围绕我国养老服务人才队伍建设进行了全面分析,为推动我国养老服务人才队伍建设提供了理论基础,但仍存在问题分析不够深入、政策建议可行性较差、实证性研究不足等问题。因此,需要结合中国不同地区的特点,进一步深入研究如何加快推动养老服务人才队伍建设。
This article mainly uses literature methodology to make a comprehensive analysis on articles related to aging service talents team-building. Literature study shows that existing researches have discussed aging service talent classiifcation, cultivation model and mechanism, challenges and opportunities of aging service talents team-building, international experiences for reference, policy suggestions about talents team-building. Apparently, these researches have made an overall analysis on aging service talents team-building which provides theoretical basis for promoting development of talents team-building. However, there also exists some limits in these studies, such as the analysis of problems are not thoroughly given, policy suggestions are not feasible, only a few empirical studies about this theme. So, it is necessary to make further study on how to accelerate aging service talents team-building according to speciifc conditions in different area of China.
