“医养结合”养老服务模式下资源整合路径研究

A Study on How to Combine Medical Resources with Pension Resources

随着老龄社会的到来,老年人需要越来越多的养老服务和医疗康复护理服务,但目前我国的养老保障制度和医疗保障制度互不衔接,由此带来诸多不便;因此,亟须探索"医养结合"养老服务模式,通过不同类型的养老机构,对不同健康状况、不同自理状况的老年人进行合理分流,最终实现"老有所养,老有所医"。通过对提供养老服务和医疗服务的各主体重新进行功能定位,探索构建医疗和养老资源的整合路径,以期实现对医疗康复护理服务和日常生活照料服务的整合。

With the coming of aging society, the elderly need more medical cares and services. Medical resources and pension resources are segregated in China, which causes much inconvenience. In the paper, we have to find the function of each service provider, and research how to combine medical resources with pension resources in order to meet the elders’ needs. We suggest the health elderly to go to the nursing homes to get services and the elderly who have diseases to go to special nursing home to receive medical cares, in order to realize the medical rehabilitation nursing services and daily life care services get integration.
