安济:权力有序性部署的一个谱系学研究——阿甘本的政治哲学话语之三

阿甘本认为,西方社会治理的本质是一种空心的权力机器,看不见王座上的主权者,它意味着权力的不在场,但这空无却又是最牢固的权力控制的象征。他通过探寻西方神学构境中的看不见的安济之手,指认安济有序即是上帝的看不见的手的无形力量,而斯密在经济学中引入的偶然博弈观的重新构境的谱系,正是神恩中的安济说在资产阶级经济世界中的重新构境。资产阶级世界的统治本质,正是没有统治者的统治。现代资产阶级生命政治的核心不再是有面容的主人,而是不可见的治理;不是形式上的法律,而是部署在生活细节中的治安。

Agamben argues that the essence of western social governance is a hollow power machine,namely,the invisible sovereign on the throne,which means the absence of the power. However,the nothing is none other than the symbol of the strongest power control. Through exploring the invisible hand of oikonomia in the situating of western theology,he points out that the order of oikonomia is namely the invisible power of God's invisible hand. The re-situating genealogy of the conception of occasional gaming in Adam Smith's economy is exactly the re-situating of the theory of God's oikonomia in the economic world of bourgeois. The essence of govermance in the bourgeois world is precisely the rule without sovereign. The core of mordern bourgeois bio-politics is no longer a master with a face,but the invisible governcance,which is not the formal law,but the police existing in the details of life.
