'后习俗责任伦理'的核心是伦理共同体规范性秩序与个体自由反思精神关系。宪法法治及其规范性的价值优先性是现代社会基本特质之一。良心自由反思精神捍卫宪法法治的基本价值及其秩序,坚持宪法法治的行为规范性限度。现代社会的法治规范性秩序是生长性的,离开了独立人格与反思精神,既不可能有法治规范性秩序的持续再生产,也不可能有社会正义与真善美。

The core issue of'post-conventional responsibility ethics'is the issue about the relationship between the normative order of a community and an individual community member’s free reflective thinking.'Governed by law based upon constitution'and rule value priority are basic features of a modern society.The free reflective thinking of one’s conscience is to defend the basic values and order in the spirit of'Governed by law based upon constitution'and maintain normative limits of people’s behavior based upon the law and constitution.Normative order by rule of law in a modern society is productive.Without independent personality and reflective thinking,there will be neither reproduction of normative order by rule of law nor any social justice or truth,good and beauty.
