摘要
林远泽教授在《儒家后习俗责任伦理学的理念》一书中,借镜西方'后习俗责任伦理学'这一理论视域来重构与阐释儒家伦理学,对儒学中的核心议题如心性论、天道论、工夫论以及重要观念如人伦、仁义、礼治、正名等做出了杰出的阐释,成功地论证了儒家伦理是超越习俗的普遍主义伦理学,揭示了儒家所内蕴的启蒙理念及其在历史发展过程中的辨正回退,阐明了儒家礼治社会当代之实践可能性的条件。林教授的重构与阐释激活了儒家伦理学之理论潜能与底蕴,总体上十分精彩,颇富教益,但他对儒家概念的某些细节性解释似可商榷或进一步完善,其所提供的礼治社会方案有待且值得进一步深入探讨。
In the Book of the Idea of Confucian Postconventional Ethics of Responsibility,Prof.Yuanze Lin reconstructs Confucian ethics from the view of post conventional ethics of responsibility.Specifically,Lin expounds outstandingly the meaning and implication of Confucian traditional themes such as the theories of mindhuman nature,Dao of Heaven and gongfu and the ideas of human relations,humanity and righteousness,rule of ritual and rectification of name and the like.Lin justifies successfully that Confucianism is a kind of ethics of universalism instead of particularism,and reveals the enlightenment meaning of Confucianism and its dialectic regression in the history,and illuminates practical possibility of Confucian idea of rule of rites.Totally,Lin’s reconstruction of Confucian ethics is wonderful and instructive,but some details seem to be discussed or to be perfected,and the conception of rule of rites remains and deserves to be researched comprehensively and deeply.
