农村基层党组织建设存在的问题与对策探析——以南京市农村基层党组织建设为例

The Problems and Countermeasures about the Construction of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations——take the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in Nanjing as example

农村基层党组织建设在党的建设中具有重要意义。南京市农村基层党组织在实践中积极探索,取得了一定的成绩,但同时也存在着一些问题:政治核心作用不强,党群干群关系有待改善,党员的先锋模范作用发挥不够,党建工作文牍化、形式化。针对当前农村基层党组织建设中存在的问题,进一步加强基层党组织建设,要着眼于农村服务型基层党组织建设、村党组织班子建设、党员的教育和管理、基层党内民主建设等方面。

The construction of rural grassroots party organizations is of great significance. The Nanjing Rural grassroots party organizations have obtained certain achievement, however, it still exist some problems: the political core role is weakening; the relationship with the people needs to be improved; party members' exemplary and vanguard role is not brought into play completely; party building work is formalized. Aiming to the problems existing in the construction of rural grassroots party organizations, we should strengthen the building of the service- oriented basic- level party organization and the leadership, the education and management of party member, grassroots inner-Party democracy construction.
