Xi Jinping's thought of the standard of good cadre originated from 1982 to 2007. After the 17 th CPC National Congress, as the central leader, Xi Jingping started to think about the standard of the good cadre,and how to train the good cadre from the overall height. After the 18 th C.P.C National Congress, he made a relatively complete thinking and illustration about the thought of the standard of good cadre. This thought is both the needs of the time and the realistic demand. It is profound summary of historical experience too.
