严肃党内政治生活是全面从严治党的基础,加强和规范党内政治生活是全面从严治党的战略抓手。新形势下,党内政治生活状况总体是好的,但也出现了一些突出问题,这些问题,给党员干部造成了严重思想干扰,严重侵蚀了党的思想基础,严重破坏了党的团结和集中统一,严重损害了党内政治生态和党的形象。针对这些亟待解决的问题,既要四面出击,也要精准发力,找准着力点,力求实效,稳扎稳打,逐步解决,加强和规范党内政治生活。

A serious inner-Party political life is the foundation and strategic grasp of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline. Under the new situation, political life within the Party presents a good condition in general. Yet some emerging problems are severely disturbing the thoughts of Party members, corrupting their minds, undermining centralization and unification of the Party and damaging inner-Party political ecology as well as Party image. To address these problems, we need to adopt both multi-angle and problem-oriented measures in order to gradually strengthen and regulate inner-Party political life with high efficiency and stability.
