十八届四中全会以来关于“全面推进依法治国”若干问题研究述评

Review on the Issues of the Comprehensively Promoting the Rule of Law since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th C.P.C Central Committee

党的十八届四中全会以来,"依法治国"理念已从最初的宏观概念,发展成为内容翔实、结构严谨、涉及广泛的综合表述,国内学术界对全面依法治国的内涵界定、鲜明特征、战略定位、逻辑关系、推进路径等问题进行了广泛深入研究,取得了丰硕成果。今后学术界要进一步厘清全面依法治国的内在逻辑及其所涉及的各方面重大关系,就应在研究内容上加强对全面依法治国贯彻落实的研究,在研究方法上注重系统化方法、实证化方法、本土化方法的运用,在研究思路上推广马克思主义社会化理论的应用。

Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th C.P.C Central Committee,the'rule of law'concept has developed from the original single concept to the detailed,rigorous structure,involving a wide range of expression.Domestic academic circles conducted extensive and in-depth research on the connotation of comprehensive law definition,distinctive features,strategic position,logic relations,promote path,and achieved fruitful results.In academic circles to further clarify the inherent logic of the overall rule of law and the significant relations involved,it should be on the research content to strengthen the comprehensive of the rule of law to implement the research and in the research methods focus on the application of system method,positive method,localization method,the research ideas to promote application of Marxist social theory.
