当前因环境问题引发的群体性事件呈多发之势,严重影响了社会稳定。通过对环境群体性事件的典型案例进行分析,发现其具有因环境问题引发的冲突不断增多,环境群体性事件发生的方式更为激烈,网络信息将在环境群体性事件中的作用越来越大的发展趋势。河北作为环境问题突出的大省,应该借鉴其他省市防范处理环境群体性事件的经验教训,建立预警预控机制,管理网络舆情,注重民情民意,做到未雨绸缪,防患于未然。

The current mass incidents caused by environmental problems are prone to occur,seriously affecting social stability.Through the analysis of typical cases of mass incidents,we find that more conflicts are caused by environmental problems,more intense environmental mass incidents,and more and more intensive use of network information in environmental mass incidents.As a major province with outstanding environmental problems,Hebei should learn the experience and lesson from other provinces and municipalities in handling mass environmental incidents and set up early warnings and mechanisms to manage the public opinion on the Internet and pay close attention to public opinions so that they can take precautions before they happen.
