从资本运营是现代企业经营的重要组成部分的观点出发,阐述了该院开展资本运营的具体步骤:1尽快实现该院的资本化、公司化和集团化,2积极规范开展以资本运作为先导的资产重组工作;3积极开展资本的直接运作。
From the view of capital running as an important compositional part of modern enterprise management,the actual steps of carrying out capital running in the research institute is described as followings.first,realizing capitalization,reorganizing of corporate and conglomerate diversification;second,normatively carrying out capital running led property reorganization third,carrying out direct capital running actively.
