摘要
为了减小振动 ,现场经常需要对汽轮发电机组转子做动平衡。传统平衡方法将垂直和水平振动视为两个独立分量。实际上转子是在一个平面内涡动 ,其运动必须用两个互相垂直的传感器来描述。为此 ,作者提出了一种新的、基于两者融合的平衡方法。文中分析了传统平衡方法的缺点 ,提出了新的转子高点寻找方法 ,并将这种方法推广应用到谐分量、影响系数等常用平衡方法中 ,提高了平衡效率。论文最后给出了实例。图 5表 3参
Balance is a widely used method in plant to reduce rotating machinery vibration. Traditionally the vertical and horizontal vibrations are treated as two independent signals. But rotor whirls in a plane, it should be described with two perpendicular signals. A new method to balance rotor based on the data fusion of the two perpendicular signals is presented in this paper. The relationship between the two signals and the shortcomings of the traditional balance method are analyzed first. Then the new method to find the high point of rotor is given. The method is generalized to the influence coefficient balance method and the harmonic balance method. The efficiency of the new balance mthod is proved by examples in the end of the paper.
