摘要
从分析固相颗粒在旋风分离器中的运动轨迹和浓度分布情况入手 ,建立了旋风分离器性能分析模型。该模型在一定程度上突破了“径向混合”的假设 ,并充分考虑了重力沉降和径向加速过程对固相分离的影响 ,进一步加强了理论模型对实际过程的描述能力。通过工业性试验结果证明了模型的有效性 ,并利用该模型对 1台细粉分离器的工作性能进行了数值仿真研究 。
In this paper, from analyzing the moving track and consistence distributing of solid powder in cyclone, set up cyclone separator performance model. This model broke through the hypothesis 'radial mixture' in a certain extent, and strengthen the describing capability of theoretic model in practical process after considering the effect of gravity sedimentation and radical acceleration on solid separation. The model's validity has been proved through industrial test result, and the performance of boiler grain separator has been studied by this model, and also discussed the effect of the operating parameter, structural characte ristic.
