纳洛酮对不同时期脑梗死患者的疗效观察

The Effects of Naloxone on Different Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的:观察纳洛酮对不同时期脑梗死患者的治疗效果。方法:将140例轻～中度和62例重度脑梗死患者随机分为纳洛酮治疗组和丹参对照组,观察不同病情程度和不同治疗时间的疗效。结果:纳洛酮对早期(≤48h)轻～中度脑梗死患者有效,而对后期及重度脑梗死患者的疗效不明显。结论:纳洛酮对不同时期脑梗死患者的疗效不同,可能与用药剂量、用药时机及方式等有关。

Purpose: To evaluate the effects of naloxone on the treatment of different cerebral infarction patients. Methods: 140 minor -moderate cases and 62 severe cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The effects of naloxone on cerebral infarction patients with different severity and duration of treatment were observed. Results: Naloxone was effective in treatment of early ( ≤ 48h) minor - moderate cases but invalid in later or critical cases. Conclusion: Naloxone had the different effects on the different stage of cerebral infarction patients. It may be concerned with the dosage,opportunity and patterns when naloxone was applied.
