葡萄多酚的抗肿瘤作用 被引量:2

摘要 葡萄籽为葡萄的种子,是生产葡萄鲜食、榨汁和葡萄酒业的废弃部分。葡萄多酚是从葡萄籽中提取的一种最重要的天然植物多酚物质,主要包括两类:第一类为黄烷醇和花色素苷,包括原花青素单聚体(游离的儿茶素、表儿茶素)和低聚体(二聚体、三聚体和四聚体)及其没食子酸酯等;第二类属于芪类,主要包括白藜芦醇和其糖苷类化合物[1]。近年来,随着科学技术和手段的不断提高,研究发现葡萄籽具有很高的营养价值和药用价值。
