摘要心房颤动（以下简称房颤）是最常见的心律失常之一,根据2012年欧洲心脏病协会（European Society of Cardiology,ESC）发布的房颤指南（以下简称2012 ESC指南）的统计数据[1],估计发达国家房颤患病率为1.5%2.0%,患者平均年龄7585岁,且患病率有持续升高的趋势。在我国,根据2004年的发布数据。
