Evaluation and treatment of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women

摘要 压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)指喷嚏、咳嗽或运动等腹压增高时出现不自主的尿液自尿道外口漏出,是中老年妇女常见的慢性病。尽管SUI为非致命性疾病,但该病患者常因“漏尿”这一难以启齿的症状导致沮丧、焦虑、自卑等不良情绪,影响社交活动,并引起精神抑郁、孤独等心理障碍,被称为“社交癌”。
