摘要
有机固体废弃物产量巨大,有机质含量高,直接排放将严重污染环境,采用厌氧发酵等生物手段可实现有机固体废弃物能源化利用,干式厌氧发酵技术在生物工程领域中起着尤其重要的作用,特别是在沼气和有机肥的生产利用方面。阐述了国内外干式厌氧发酵技术原理,分析了厌氧发酵过程中底物组成、底物预处理、接种物、有机负荷、p H、温度及搅拌等影响因素,探讨了该技术的应用现状,为深入研究干式厌氧发酵技术提供借鉴。
The production of organic solid waste is huge, owns high organic matter content, and it will seriously pollute the surrounding environment if the waste is untreated. The energy utilization would be achieved by biological engi-neering, and dry anaerobic fermentation technology plays a particularly important role in the field of bio-engineering,especially on the production and utilization of biogas and organic fertilizer. This paper described the principle of dry anaerobic fermentation technology, analyzed the influential factors in the whole process, such as anaerobic fermentation substrate composition, substrate pretreatment, inoculum, organic loading, p H, temperature and stirring, discussed application status of the technology, and which provided the technological help for further studying on biogas anaerobic dry fermentation.
