摘要
以建立适合环境监测事业发展目标的导向性评价标准为出发点,提出以考核结果作为人事管理工作的依据,设计符合岗位设置原则的、具有可量化的考核指标、可操作性强的考核方式和考核流程,建立科学有效的环境监测人员绩效考核方法,同时提出了具体做法和措施。
This article established a scientific and effective environmental monitoring staff performance appraisal method which is by strengthening the importance attached to personnel assessment and designed to meet the principles of job settings, assessment indicators, workable assessment methods and assessment process and other methods, to discuss the current problems in the performance appraisal system as the starting point. Meanwhile, specific approaches and measures of the units were given.
