基于“一带一路”战略的江苏灌河流域水环境现状分析

灌河流域具有江苏沿海开发、长三角经济带战略重叠的区位优势,随着"一带一路"战略的实施,灌河流域战略叠加优势更加明显。在对灌河流域水资源的总量、质量及区域污染源现状分析的基础上,指出灌河流域水环境存在的问题,并提出了相应的防治措施,以确保灌河流域水环境安全,为实施"一带一路"战略提供良好的投资环境。

Guanhe River Basin has the location advantages of Jiangsu coastal development and the strategic location of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone.Along with the implementation of the 'One Belt and One Road' strategy,the location advantages of the river basin are more obvious.This paper is based on the analysis of the total water resources,the quality and the current situation of the regional pollution sources in Guanhe river basin.The problems of water environment in Guanhe river basin are pointed out and put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures,to ensure the water environment safety of Guanhe river basin and provide a good investment environment for the implementation of the 'One Belt and One Road' strategy.
