营口港仙人岛港区完善生态保护与景观建设研究

港口是一个国家与外界交往的重要通道,港口的发展在促进国内经济增长的同时也带来许多与人类息息相关的问题,其中最主要的就是环境问题。港口的建设不仅是提高港口城市经济和环境发展的需要,也是实现人与自然可持续发展和提高城市竞争力的需要,如何将环境与经济发展的协调关系纳入到港口的建设过程中,成为制约港口对经济发展的促进作用的重要因素。针对如何完善生态保护与景观建设进行了研究,以营口港仙人岛港区的建设为例,详细地分析了仙人岛的规划思路和建设内容,以期为其他港口的生态保护与景观建设提供借鉴。

Port is an important channel of exchanges to the outside world,the development of the port with domestic economic growth also brings many problems which is closely related to human,environmental problem is the major one of them.Port construction is not only the needs of improving the development of economy and environment of the port city,and also the needs of realizing sustainable development between human and nature and enhancing the competitiveness of city.How to coordinate the relationship between environment and economic development in the port construction is the important restricting factor for the promoting function of port on economic development.The main research content of this article is to perfect the study on ecological protection and landscape construction,by case analysis research method,using the case of Xianren Island of Yingkou port,analyzed in detail on the planning ideas and construction content,provided reference for ecological protection and landscape construction of other ports.
