摘要
概述了国外环境技术验证评价制度的发展情况及费用负担模式,通过分析其他国家有关环境技术验证评价费用分担机制,结合我国实际情况,为环境技术验证评价试点开展过程中的费用问题提供了解决思路。
This paper summarizes the development of foreign Environmental Technology Verification(ETV) system and the cost-sharing mechanism,based on the analysis of other countries about the ETV cost burden model,combining with the actual situation in our country,provides the solution for domestic ETV cost problem in the process of pilot ETV evaluation.
