Ti-PILC制备条件对MnO_x/Ti-PILC低温SCR脱硝活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 实验制备了钛基交联黏土(Ti-PILC),并通过浸渍法负载锰氧化物得MnO_x/Ti-PILC。研究了载体Ti-PILC的制备条件(包含制备方式、Ti/clay、H/Ti、黏土浓度以及煅烧温度)对最终催化剂低温SCR脱硝活性的影响。实验发现当以Ti(OC_4H_9)_4作为钛源的Ti-PILC所得催化剂活性较Ti Cl4高,当Ti/clay为25 mmol/g、H/Ti为1.2、黏土浓度为1%,煅烧温度不高于500℃时,制备得到的Ti-PILC负载MnO_x后,催化剂具有较好的脱硝活性,在160℃,脱硝活性接近80%,200℃即可脱除90%以上的NO。 Titania-pillared clay(Ti-PILC)was prepared,then MnO_x/Ti-PILC was obtained by impregnating method on the Ti-PILC. The effect of prepared factors,including prepare method,Ti/clay,H/Ti,clay suspension concentration and calcinations temperature,on the de-NO_x activity of catalysts MnO_x/Ti-PILC was studied. The results showed that Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 was better than TiCl_4,when Ti/clay was 25 mmol/g,H/Ti was 1.2,the clay suspension concentration was 1%,and the calcination temperature was lower than 500 ℃,catalyst MnO_x/Ti-PILC had good de-NO_x activity,the removal efficiency could nearly reach 80% at 160 ℃,and even can remove more than 90% NO at 200 ℃.
