摘要
以某积层板企业的300万+600万大卡燃煤导热油锅炉项目为例,重点介绍了"低氮燃烧+干式静电除尘+臭氧氧化预处理+WLT钙基吸收湿法同步脱硫脱硝+湿法静电除尘除雾"的工艺流程及关键技术设备,燃煤锅炉烟气处理后达到SO_2≤35mg/Nm^3,NO_x≤150 mg/Nm^3,烟尘≤10 mg/Nm^3,汞及其化合物≤0.03 mg/Nm^3,优于燃气锅炉烟气排放限值。工艺的环保减排效益和能源经济效益显著,为中小型燃煤工业锅炉企业实现煤炭清洁利用提供一种可行可靠的技术参考和工艺借鉴。
This article emphasis on technological process and key devices about 'low-NOx combustion transformation+electrostatic precipitation+ozone oxidation +WLT FGD+wet electrostatic precipitation'—A case of study of'300×104+300×104kcal/h'chain boiler. After flue gas treatment, the emission concentration of SO_2≤35 mg/Nm^3,NO_x≤150 mg/Nm^3,the emission concentration of dust≤10 mg/Nm^3,and that of mercury and mercuric compounds≤0.03 mg/Nm^3.This technological process obviously reduces the emission of the flue gas pollutants,improves the efficiency of energy and economy. It provides a reliable technique for chain boiler achieve utilization of clean coal.
