摘要
生猪养殖安全与饲料成分息息相关。近年来,饲料中添加高剂量重金属元素的现象日益普遍,受到了人们的广泛关注。分析了饲料中重金属添加的主要来源、几种不同重金属元素的特性及其危害机理,提出了预防饲料中重金属污染与危害的措施。
The safety of feed is very important for pig breeding. In recent years,the phenomenon of adding high dosage of heavy metal elements in feed has become more and more widespread,and has been widely concerned by people. In this paper,the sources of heavy metals in feed were analyzed,and the characteristics of several kinds of heavy metal elements and their harm mechanism were emphatically introduced,and also the management measures and nutritional measures to prevent heavy metal pollution and harm were put forward.
