氧化絮凝技术处理高盐高氨氮废水的实验研究

摘要 采用氧化絮凝技术对高盐高氨氮废水进行实验研究,通过正交实验和单因素实验探讨浓硫酸加入量、高锰酸钾浓度、氯化钙浓度以及高效剂加入量等对处理效果的影响。结果表明,当浓硫酸加入量为8.5 m L/L,高锰酸钾浓度为16 mg/L,氯化钙浓度为8 mg/L,高效剂加入量为5 m L/L时,氨氮去除率最高,达到了99.1%。出水氨氮值由972 m L/L降到8.9 m L/L,达到企业要求的标准。 The experimental is conducted by oxidation flocculation technology for treating high salt and high ammonia nitrogen wastewater. Through the orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment,concentrated sulfuric acid adding amount and concentration of potassium permanganate,the concentration of calcium chloride and efficient agent amount influence on the treatment effect are discussed. The results show that under the conditions for the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid is 8.5 m L/L,potassium permanganate concentration is 16 mg/L,calcium chloride concentration is 8 mg/L,and the amount of efficient agent is 5 m L/L,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is the highest,reaching 99.1%. Effluent ammonia value from 972 m L/L down to 8.9m L/L,could meet the requirements of the enterprise standard.
