摘要
对辽宁省城镇污水处理厂工艺和运行情况进行了研究分析,从经济效益、技术性能、环境效益三个方面筛选出14项指标,建立了辽宁省城镇污水处理厂综合绩效评价指标体系,采用将灰色系统的理论和方法引入模糊综合评判法,即"模糊—灰色综合评判法"对污水厂的综合绩效进行了评估。结果表明,A2O工艺为辽宁省城镇污水处理厂最优选工艺。
Base on an investigation and study to the application of municipal sewage treatment plants in Liaoning province, filter out fourteen indicators from economic benefits, technical performance, and environmental benefits,consisting of evaluation indicator system. By intergrating the grey system theory into fuzzy mathematics method, namely the fuzzy-grey mathematics theory, evaluated the comprehensive effectiveness of municipal sewage treatment plant in Liaoning province. The results shows that anaeroxic-anoxic-axic(A2O) is the most optimal technology of municipal sewage treatment plants in Liaoning province.
