韩国浦项制铁公司的CO_2捕集与封存技术 被引量:3

摘要 2011年中期,浦项产业科学研究院在浦项厂建立了氨水捕集CO_2的中试工厂,高炉煤气处理能力为1 000 Nm^3/h,每天可生产10 t CO_2产品;装置运行中,通过废热回收系统提供吸收剂溶液再生所需的热能或蒸汽。技术数据显示,该套设备的CO_2去除率大于90%,CO_2产品纯度大于95%。该研究也是韩国海洋水产部推进的"CO_2海洋捕集封存技术"一部分,目前的研究方向主要是优化运输和封存CO_2的离岸基础设施。 An aqueous ammonia-based carbon dioxide(CO_2)capture pilot facility has been constructed by RIST and in operation at POSCO-Pohang Works since mid-2011. The facility can process BFG at 1,000 Nm^3/h resulting in the production of 10 t CO_2/d. In the meantime,the thermal energy or steam required for the regeneration of absorbent solution is provided by the waste heat recovery system. Technical performance shows that the facility can capture CO_2 at the rate of 90% with the purity of 95% in the product CO_2. This research was also a part of the project titled'Development of Technology for CO_2 Marine Geological Storage'funded by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries,Korea. The present study is now on-going to optimize the CO_2 transport and storage infrastructures for the off shore CCS in Korea.
