浅谈我国环境污染损害研究现状

随着环境污染损害事件的频繁爆发,及时停止损害,并高效快速地鉴定评估,合理确定赔偿损失已成为关注重点。公众对人体健康和生态环境安全提出了更高要求,也迫切需要对因环境污染损害而引发的环境司法案件审理公平合理。通过国内外的研究进展,分析我国存在的差距和问题,在法律层面、评估机构、诉讼、资金保障等方面提出建议,以期对国内环境污染损害的研究与发展提供参考。

Along with the frequent occurrence of the damages related to environmental pollution incidents,how to stop the damage timely,effective identification and fast to assessment,and a reasonable loss of compensation has become the focus of attention. Besides,the public on human health and ecological environment safety put forward higher requirements,urgent need of judiciary cases caused by environmental pollution damage l trial fair and reasonable.Through the research progress both at home and abroad,analysis of the gap and problems. At the legal level,appraisal institution,litigation and put forward the appropriate suggestion to fund safeguard,aiming to provide reference for domestic research and development of the pollution damage to the environment.
