摘要
主要研究用物化法当中的吸附法,将壳聚糖与膨润土结合研制出一种复合吸附剂,用于溶液中锌离子的脱除。考察了反应时间、pH值、废水的初始浓度和膨润土负载壳聚糖吸附剂的投加量等对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,膨润土负载壳聚糖能很好地处理含锌废水,当溶液的p H值范围在6~7之间,复合吸附剂投加量在0.3 g/50 mL,废水的初始浓度在10 mg/L,在常温下作用时间为60 min时,对废水的处理效果最好,可以达到99%。
A kind of complex adsorbent was developed by combining chitosan with bentonite through the use of adsorption method of physicochemical filed.The adsorbent is used to remove Zn from wastewater.The effects of reaction time,pH value,initial concentration of wastewater and the amount of bentonite adsorbent loaded by chitosan on adsorption efficiency were investigated.The results show that chitosan loaded bentonite could treat zinc-containing wastewater well.At room temperature,the optimal treatment effect of the wastewater occurred when pH value was 6~7,dosage of adsorbent was 0.3 g/50 mL,initial concentration of the wastewater was 10 mg/L,and reaction time was 60 min.The removal rate of Zn from wastewater could reach 99%.
