社会环境检测机构监督检查刍议

随着环境监测服务社会化的深入推进,一大批社会环境检测机构已经进入传统的环境监测服务市场,成为承接政府环境保护职能转变、提供环境监测公共服务的重要载体。分析了在社会环境检测机构监督检查中发现的不符合项,提出了今后监督检查方式的改进意见,以期监督检查真正能够起到规范检测机构从业行为,提高环境检测工作质量,维护环境检测行业秩序的作用。

With the deepening of the socialization of environmental monitoring services,a large number of social environment detection institutions have entered the traditional environmental monitoring service market,becoming an important carrier to undertake the transformation of government environmental protection functions and to provide environmental monitoring public services. This paper analyzes the non conformance found in the supervision and inspection of the social environment inspection organization,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the supervision and inspection methods in the future,with the hope that the supervision and inspection can really play the role of regulating the working behavior of the testing institutions,improving the quality of environmental inspection work and maintaining the order of the environmental inspection industry.
