摘要
海水中挥发性酚的分析方法可以参照《水质挥发酚的测定4-氨基安替比林分光光度法》(HJ 503-2009)的分析条件进行优化,方法优化后可以同时测定地表水、地下水、饮用水和海水中的挥发酚,通过对比实验,优化方法的曲线线性、检出限、准确度和精密度都能够满足当前《海水水质标准》(GB 3097-1997)的要求,可以减轻日常环境监测的工作量,适合在环境监测领域推广应用。
The analytical method of volatile phenols in seawater can be optimized by reference to the analytical conditions of Water quality—Determination of volatile phenolic compounds—4-AAP spectrophotometric method(HJ503-2009).After optimization,volatile phenol in surface water,groundwater,drinking water and sea water can be determined simultaneously.Through the contrast experiment,the curve linearity,detection limit,accuracy and precision of the optimization method can meet the requirements of the current Sea water quality standard(GB 3097-1997).It can reduce the workload of daily environmental monitoring,and is suitable for popularization and application in the field of environmental monitoring.
