摘要 本文研究了2-乙基己基膦酸单(2-乙基己基)酯HEH(EH)P从盐酸体系中萃取铟的性能,HEH(EH)P对铟的萃取能力随着酸度增大而减小,但反萃较D_2EHPA容易。斜率法证明萃取平衡反应为:用饱和法制得萃合物组成为InA_3。萃合物Hn(HA_2)_3与InA_3之间差别是由于有机相负载量增大引起的,In(HA_2)_3中的氢离子逐渐被金属离子所交换,最后形成饱和的萃合物InA_3。红外光谱和核磁共振研究表明:HEH(EH)P萃取铟的机理是阳离子交换反应,并与P=O键的配位作用。 The extraction behavior of indium with 2-ethylhexylphosphonic acid nono-2-ethyl hexyl ester HEH (EH) P from hydrochloric acid system have been studied. The extraction capability of HEH(EH)P decreases as the hydrochloric acid concentration increases, but the back-extraction of HEH(EH)P is easier than thatof D_2EHPA.It is showed by slope method that extraction equilibrium can be expeesses as follows:I_(n(a))^(3+)+3(HA)_(2(o)(?)In(HA_2)_(3(o)+3H_(a)~_The extracted species from the saturation method is InA_3.The difference between extracted species In(HA_2)_3 and InA_3 is caused by increase of loading content of organic phases.The hydrogen ion of In(HA_2)_3 is exchanged gradually by metal ion. Finally InA_3 is formed.The studies of IR and NMR show that the extraction mechanism of indium with HEH(EH)P is cation exchange reaction and coordination with P=O bond.
