Energy and Wave Function of Hydrogen-like Impurity Ground State in GaAs—Ga_(1-x) AlxAs Superlattices

本文给出了关于由GaAs和Ga_(1-x)Al_xAs构成的人工周期量子阱中类氢杂质基态的能量和波函数的两个定理,同时用变分法对GaAs和Ga_(1-x)Al_xAs构成的三个人造量子阱和周期量子阱中类氢杂质基态的能量和波函数进行了自洽数值计算,并对计算结果进行了讨论。

Two theorems on energy and wave function of the ground state of hydrogen—Like impurity in artificial periodic quantum wells of GaAs—Ga_(1-x) Al_xAs superlattice are given. At the some time, numerical selfconsistent calculations for the cases in three artificial quantum wells and periodic quautum wells made of GaAs—Ga_(1-x)Al_xAs are performed using variational method. The results obtained are discussed.
