摘要
本文对于以氢氧化铝为磨擦剂的儿童防龋牙膏里氟的测定条件进行了研究,实验的结果表明,样品在pH5.5的条件下,加热煮沸10—15分钟,以0.5M的柠檬酸钠作掩蔽剂,用标准曲线法进行测定,与其它方法相比具有简便快速,容易掌握,不用分离,重现性好,准确度高等优点。
This paper reports conditions for the determinaton of fluoride in anticaries toothpaste for children. Aluminium hydroxide (in the toothpaste) is used as its rubbing agent. The sample is boiled in water for 10—15min. at pH5.5. Fluoride is then determined by standard curve method, while aluminium is masked with 0.5M sodium citrate screening agent. Experimental results show that this method facilitates the analysis, makes procedures, easy to handle, speedy, and for separations, unnecessary. It has merits of good reproducibility and high accuracy.
