紫外光度法测定食品添加剂苯甲酸

摘要 本文研究了利用乙醚萃取分离紫外分光光度法测定食品添加剂苯甲酸的可能性,选择了最佳工作条件,拟出最新分析方法。样品分析结果表明:本方法简便、快速、准确。工作曲线线性良好,相关系数r值为0.999。检出限为0.0012mg/ml,回收率97%,测量相对误差为-3%,测定3~5件样品,在1~1.5小时内可完成。 The possibility of the ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination of benzoic acid in the additive of food by extraction separation with ether is studied. The optimum working condition is selected and the new method of analysis is proposed. The analytical results of samples show that this method is handy, fast and accurate; The linear relation of working curve is better. The interrelated coefficientr r is 0.999, the limit of detection 0.0012 mg/ml. The rate of recovery 97%, and the relative error-3%. The determination of 3-5 samples have been done in 1-1.5 hour.
