摘要
本文导出了类氢杂质第二激发态的一维化方程,该方程适于计算层状介质中浅杂质第二激发态束缚能及状态随层厚、势垒高度和杂质中心位置的变化规律。在极限情形下方程具有与所有已知三维及二维精确解一致的解析解。
The one-dimensionalised equations of second excited states of hydrogenic impurity have been derived. Which are suitable to calculate the binding energies of second excited states of shallow impurity in layer-type medium, and the function relation of the states with respect to the layer thickeness, barrierheight and position of impurity cent-e. In limit case the equatins have analytical solutions coinsiding to the three and two dimensional available exact solutions.
