柞蚕酯酶同工酶的初步研究

Study on Esteras e Isoenzyme of Antheraea Pernyi

采用垂直不连续的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,比较分析了五个品种柞蚕的三个组织的酯酶同工酶酶谱及其相对迁移的特性,发现了这种同工酶在各个品种内所表现出的组织分布特异性以及品种间的明显差异。

This paper reportsthe study on esterase isoenzyme of Antheraea pernyi, in which compart i vely anal yszed the iso-enzychromatogram and re moving character of tiree tissues on five strains by vertical noncontinous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It is evident that the isoenzyme appear obvious speciality in respective tissue di strihution and inter-strain.
