摘要
大学章程对大学人才培养进行了"制度化""纲领性""指引性"安排。基于对"双一流"高校大学章程的文本分析,并结合清华大学的教育改革案例,研究发现"双一流"高校教育教学改革力求拓宽培养口径,超越知识传授,强化综合素养,以创新为导向,培养创新型人才。为落实一流人才输出,还需进一步加强科研与教学的联动、课内与课外的联动、教学与学习的联动,建立"全景式"学习体系,倡导"大学习"。
There is an'institutionalized arrangement'of talent cultivation in university,that is the university charter. In this paper,based on the analysis of'Double World-Class'universities’ charters and the case study of Tsinghua University,it finds that in China’s'Double World-Class'universities,the educational reforms are aimed at broadening disciplines,changing the knowledge-imparting method,emphasizing comprehensive qualities,and cultivating innovative talents. In order to ensure the high quality of talents output,'Double World-Class'universities should reinforce'three connections':the connections between research and teaching,inside and outside of classroom learning,teaching and learning building a'holistic learning system'and promoting'big learning'.
