摘要
高校创办的产业技术研究院是政产学研有效结合的创新模式,是实现科技与产业对接重要载体,也是研究型大学服务地方经济重要途径。东北经济进入转型升级的关键时期,要发展战略新兴产业,走技术创新道路,在政府支持下积极引进和扶持大学研究院的建设,充分发挥其对本地区在产业结构调整、产品结构优化、创新能力提升、人才素质提高等方面的作用,将助力加快东北地区经济转型升级的步伐。
As an effective innovative mode of government-industry-university-research cooperation,industrial technology research institutes founded by higher institutions revolutionize the combination of technology and industrialization,and provide a significant pathway for higher institutions to serve the development of local economy. The northeast of China is in the critical period of transformation,and its economic transformation and upgrading require developing new industry and fostering industrial innovation. In such a context,introducing and supporting the construction of industrial technology research institutes under the guidance of government will make full use of their advantages in industrial structure adjustment,product mix optimization,innovation capacity development,and talent quality improvement,ultimately accelerate local economic transformation and upgrading.
