摘要
高等学校教师考核评价制度改革,既是深化人才发展体制机制改革的一项重要内容,更是核心驱动力之一。建设新时代高素质教师队伍,需要更新发展考核评价导向、技术方法、评价模式、组织结构、制度规范、评价文化等诸多方面。为避免用单维的、传统的架构来考察教师考核评价的复杂性,应用麦肯锡7-S系统思维模型,通过结构、制度、风格、人员、技能、战略、价值观的系统要素分析,可从制度层、技术层、操作层为完善高校教师考核评价制度提出管理对策。
The reform of faculty evaluation system in colleges and universities is not only an integral part of deepening the reform of talent development system and mechanism,but also one of the core driving forces. The construction of high-quality teachers in the new era should be renewed and developed in many aspects,such as evaluation orientation,evaluation culture,organizational structure,system norms,evaluation models,technical methods,etc. In order to avoid using one-dimensional and traditional structure to inspect the complexity of faculty evaluation,this study conducted McKinsey 7-S system thinking model,analyzed the system elements of structure,system,style,personnel,skills,strategy and values,and put forward some countermeasures from the system level,technical level and operational level to improve the faculty evaluation system.
