摘要
优化基础教育资源配置,是解决城镇化进程中基础教育资源不足问题的根本方式。辽宁省基础教育资源配置与新型城镇化发展水平协调发展度实证研究表明,2015年辽宁省14个地级市协调发展度得分总体水平偏低且差异性显著,新型城镇化水平滞后的类型和基础教育资源配置滞后的类型同时存在。
Optimizing the allocation of basic education resources is the fundamental way to solve the problem of insufficient basic education resources in the process of urbanization. The empirical study on the coordinated development of basic education resources allocation and new-type urbanization in Liaoning province shows that the overall score of coordinated development of 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning province in 2015 is low and has significant difference. The types of new-type urbanization lagging behind and the types of basic education resources allocation lagging exist at the same time.
