“双一流”建设背景下本科生职业发展教育模式探索与实践 被引量:10

The Career Development Education Model for Undergraduate Students Based on the Double Top University Plan

摘要 "双一流"建设的根本目的是培养高质量人才。正确的择业观、合理的人生规划能力和综合职业能力是高质量人才应具备的基本素质,而系统的职业发展教育则是培养这一系列能力的保障。从学校顶层设计角度出发,遵循"多方联动、精准指导"原则,构建"体验-测评-实践"三位一体的职业发展教育模式,并将其融入高校"双一流"建设方案,一方面可以帮助本科学生树立职业规划意识、提高职业规划能力,另一方面也有助于推动课程体系重构、师资队伍建设、教学方法改革,最终实现培养高质量人才的目标。 The essential aim of double first-cass construction is to cultivate high quality talents. The proper employment view,career planning and comprehensive vocational ability are the basic competences of the high quality talents which is guaranteed by the good career development education. From the perspective of top-level design,following the principal of'Precise guidance and multi-lateral cooperation',the career development education model of'Experience-Evaluation-Practice'for undergraduate students has been developed and implemented. It will not only improve the career planning ability of undergraduate students,but also be helpful in reconstruction of curriculum system,and training of faculty and teaching methods reform. The goal of'cultivating high quality talents 'will be achieved finally.
