摘要
"一带一路"倡议为沿线国家之间的经济文化合作提供难得的历史契机。通过非线性回归的方法,对"一带一路"倡议涉及的39个沿线发展中国家的高等教育毛入学率分析后发现,"一带一路"沿线国家高等教育发展模式呈现快速增长型、发展趋缓型和发展波动型,半数左右的"一带一路"沿线国家高等教育模式与我国高等教育发展高度匹配,这为我国中外合作办学提供新的机遇。
'One Belt and One Road proposal'provides historical opportunities of economic and cultural cooperation between China and the countries. By using the nonlinear regression method to analyze the index changes of gross enrollment of higher education of 39 countries along'One Belt and One Road',we can find that their development models appear three types of rapid development,slow development and fluctuation development. The development models of half countries along'One Belt and One Road'match well with that of higher education in China,which provides new opportunities for Sino foreign cooperation in education.
