改革开放40年来我国教育管理学研究概况

The Development of Education Management in China in the Past 40 Years

改革开放40年来,我国教育管理学研究沿着传统的学校管理学、教育行政学研究思路,经历了1978-1985年的恢复、1985-2000年的发展、2000-2018年的繁荣三个阶段。以1985年《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》的出台为契机,学术界开始关注教育管理学理论的系统研究和学科体系的整体建构。进入21世纪以来,学术界尤为关注教育管理学的批判与反思,研究逐步深化且呈现出多元化趋势。

Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,education management in China has experienced three stages of recovery from 1978 to 1985,development from 1985 to 2000 and prosperity from 2000 to 2018 along with the traditional school management and education administrative research. Taking the opportunity of the CPC central committee’s decision on the reform of education system in 1985,we began to pay attention to the systematic research of education management theory and the overall construction of discipline system. Since the beginning of the new century,the academic circle has begun to pay attention to the criticism and reflection of management of education,and the research has gradually deepened and presented a diversified trend.
