中国基础教育的空间差距与空间分异格局研究 被引量:2

摘要 以2006-2015年中国31个省份的基础教育面板数据为研究对象,基于Arcgis和GeoDa软件中ESDA(空间探索技术)分析基础教育空间关联度和空间布局。结果表明:中国基础教育发展水平不断提高,中国基础教育的空间相关性较高,但是仍然存在城乡、区域、校际不均衡等诸多问题,尤其是在空间布局上分异严重,具体表现为高水平集聚区(东部)和低水平集聚区(中西部)。针对上述问题,我国政府应加强对基础教育发展的统筹规划和区域互动联通,打破区际界限,充分发挥基础教育的空间溢出和扩散效应,带动基础教育落后省份的发展,实现中国基础教育的均衡发展。 Based on the panel data of basic education in 31 provinces of China in 2006-2015,this paper analyzes the unbalanced characteristics of spatial distribution pattern of basic education based on ESDA(spatial exploration technology)with softwares of Arcgis and GeoDa.The results show that:the level of development of basic education is constantly improving,and the spatial correlation of basic education in China is higher.However,there are still many problems between urban and rural areas,different regions,and different schools,especially in the spatial layout,which is characterized by high-level agglomeration(the east)and low-level agglomeration(the middle and the west).In response to the above problems,the national government should strengthen the overall planning and regional interaction of basic education development,break the interregional boundaries,give full play to the spatial spillover and diffusion effects of basic education,and promote the development of underdeveloped provinces with basic education,so as to achieve the balanced development of China’s basic education.
