摘要 近年来我国正在积极探索如何建立健全教师教育质量保障体系,培养高素质教师队伍。为严把教师"入口关",保证优质师资力量的输入,教育部正在实施中小学教师资格考试、定期注册制度和高校师范类专业认证制度。依据历史制度主义分析范式,我国高校师范类专业认证制度的出台有其独特的历史之"源"和内在运行结构,在未来发展中会进一步彰显其内在价值。 In recent years,China has been actively exploring how to establish and perfect the guarantee system of teachers’education quality,and cultivate high-quality teachers.In order to regulate the'entrance'of teaching profession,and ensure the quality of teachers’recruitment,the Ministry of Education has implemented the normal university professional certification system,as well as teacher qualification examination and registration system in primary and secondary schools.According to the analysis paradigm of historical institutionalism,the introduction of the certification system for teachers in the universities has its unique historical'source'and internal operation structure,which will further demonstrate its intrinsic value in the future development.
