摘要
教师认可教学学术与学科学术并重共生于大学内部,且能助益学科学术,但教学学术与学科学术间的联系尚未被深入揭示。调查结果表明,不同层次院校和不同教龄段的教师对学术规训、学术职业准入、学科学术带动教学学术、教学学术助益学科学术等方面的认知与实践情况存在差异。为此,应从完善研究生教育制度、革新高等教育学术制度、增强学科学术的教育性、突出教学学术的科学性、加强分类指导等方面促进教学学术与学科学术的融合发展。
Teachers approve to pay equal attention to scholarship of teaching and scholarship of discipline which coexist in universities,and scholarship of teaching is also beneficial to scholarship of discipline.However,the link between scholarship of teaching and scholarship of discipline has not yet been revealed.The investigation found that there remain some different cognitions and practices on academic disciplines,academic career access,scholarship of discipline driving scholarship of teaching,and scholarship of teaching benefitting scholarship of discipline between college level and teaching age.It is believed that the coupling development of scholarship of teaching and scholarship of discipline should be promoted from aspects of improving the graduate education system,innovating the academic system of higher education,enhancing the educational nature of scholarship of discipline,highlighting the scientific nature of scholarship of teaching,and strengthening the classified guidance,etc.
